Stephen Chen

Stephen Chen's work experience includes a variety of roles and positions at different companies. Stephen started their career as a Sales Associate at GameStop in 2006, where they provided customer and sales support. Stephen then worked as a Technical Support staff at UC Davis - Communication Resources, providing administrative and technical support. After that, they joined Opinion Dynamics as a Market Researcher, conducting research surveys and usability testing. In 2014, Stephen joined Avidbank and worked their way up from an Intern to Senior Vice President in the Specialty Finance department. Throughout their roles at Avidbank, they were responsible for relationship management, credit analysis, and financial valuations.

Stephen Chen completed a Masters-Level Extension Program in 2020 at Pacific Coast Banking School. In 2013, they attended UC Berkeley Extension and obtained a Certificate in Financial Planning and Analysis. Additionally, from 2007 to 2009, Stephen pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of California, Davis. During this time, they double majored in Organizational Studies and Communication and also minored in Economics.
