Duncan McLennan

Duncan McLennan is an experienced Senior Product Manager at Avidbots Corp. since August 2017, leading the development of the autonomous commercial cleaning robot, Kas. Previously, Duncan served as a Product Manager for the second-generation robot, Neo 2, and as a Product Owner in Mechatronics, where responsibilities included representing customer interests in engineering, managing product backlogs using Jira, and conducting user research for product improvements. Earlier in the career, Duncan maintained autonomous robots as a Technical Support Specialist and worked in customer service roles at Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony and Maxwell's Concerts & Events as an Audio & Lighting Technician. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Music degree in percussion from Wilfrid Laurier University.
