Anthony Lee has extensive experience in service operations and management across various industries, holding senior leadership roles in companies such as Avidbots Corp. and Dyson. Currently serving as Service Director for Asia Pacific and the Middle East at Avidbots, Anthony is responsible for managing call center, technical support, field services, and repair operations while overseeing P&L, budget forecasts, and business strategy. Previous positions include Head of Customer Care at Dyson, where Anthony established and managed service operations, and leadership roles at Sunwide Technology, Lenovo, Asurion, BlackBerry, Cisco Systems, Italtile Australia, Moon Lion Australia, and Diesel. Anthony holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Technology, Sydney.
