Richard Wiklund

Rich Wiklund is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in sales and marketing solutions. As the Managing Partner and CTO of BenefitsApp since January 2019, Rich oversees the development of a mobile benefits platform built on Salesforce. Rich founded Avideon CRM LLC in 1999, successfully delivering technology-based solutions to over 150 companies. Previous roles include a consultancy at Astadia for Salesforce management and business development at Cadmus Communications. Rich also founded Fourth Mesa, Inc., an early internet development company specializing in scientific publications. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond.
