Adam Grajewski

Adam Grajewski has a diverse work experience across various industries. Adam currently holds the position of Senior Counsel, Corporate and Securities at Avidity Biosciences, Inc. since February 2023. Prior to joining Avidity Biosciences, Inc., they worked as an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from November 2020 to October 2022. Before that, they served as an Associate at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP from October 2018 to October 2020. Adam also gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP from May 2017 to July 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Legal Intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from August 2016 to November 2016, and as a Legal Intern at Verizon from June 2016 to August 2016. Adam's earlier professional experience includes serving as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from February 2009 to February 2014, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills and received several awards for their contributions during their deployment to Afghanistan in 2012.

Subsequently, from 2011 to 2015, Adam pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations at Michigan State University. Lastly, they attended Georgetown University Law Center from 2015 to 2018, where they earned their Juris Doctor degree.
