Haley R.

Haley R. currently serves as the Director of Market Access Operations at Avidity Biosciences, Inc. since January 2025. Prior to this role, Haley held the position of Director of Patient Access Operations at Amgen for a brief period following Amgen's acquisition of Horizon in October 2023. At Horizon, from March 2015 to July 2024, Haley progressed through several roles including Director of Patient Services and Site of Care Operations, Associate Director of Access Strategy Operations, Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations, and others, showcasing expertise in the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process and team leadership. Earlier experience includes marketing and customer service roles at Boraam Industries, A&R Global Logistics, and Halos of Barrington, among others. Haley holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Illinois University, obtained in 2013.
