Jillian Spear

Jillian Spear is the Head of Transactions at Avidity Biosciences, Inc., a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as Associate General Counsel at Resilience from 2021 to 2024 and as Senior Corporate Counsel at Fate Therapeutics Inc. from 2018 to 2021. Jillian also acquired extensive legal experience as Corporate Counsel at Celgene from 2010 to 2018 and at Grifols from 2007 to 2010, following earlier roles as an Associate at Woolls & Peer and Tressler, Soderstrom, Maloney & Priess. They are currently pursuing a BA at Brown University and a JD at The George Washington University Law School.
