Michelle Conroy

Michelle Conroy has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Michelle is currently working at Avidity Biosciences, Inc. as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations, where they play a key role in revolutionizing the delivery of RNA therapeutics. Prior to that, they worked at Precision for Medicine as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations since 2019.

Michelle has also held various positions at Synteract, where they contributed significantly to the company's clinical operations department. Michelle started as a Senior Clinical Research Associate in 2001 and then progressed to become a Director and later an Associate Director of Clinical Operations. Michelle also worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital as a Cardiovascular & Special Procedures Technologist / Study Coordinator, where they conducted research protocols and compiled data for publication and regulatory submissions.

Michelle Conroy completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Radiologic Technology/Science at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Michelle then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Cardiovascular Physiology at The Johns Hopkins University/Hospitals from 1989 to 1991.
