Nirvana Moodley

Nirvana Moodley serves as the Senior Director of Global Regulatory Affairs at Avidity Biosciences, Inc. since January 2024, bringing extensive experience in regulatory affairs from previous roles at Pfizer, Merck, Sanofi, and Aspen Pharma Group. At Pfizer, duties included strategic guidance for viral vaccine clinical development programs and leading U.S. regulatory activities for Investigational New Drug and Biologics License Applications. During tenure at Merck, leadership encompassed managing regulatory professionals for global submissions and acting as the Global Regulatory Lead for various products. Education includes a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Rhodes University and ongoing studies in Commerce and Finance at the University of South Africa.
