Philip Kovach

Philip Kovach began their work experience in 2010 at CovX as part of the Lab Support Team. Philip worked there until 2013 before moving on to Solstice Biologics as an Associate Scientist. At Solstice Biologics, they worked from 2013 to 2017. In 2018, Philip Kovach joined Avidity Biosciences as an Associate Scientist in the DMPK division. Philip was later promoted to Scientist, DMPK in 2020 and then to Scientist II, Bioanalytical Sciences in 2021, where they are currently employed.

Philip Kovach began their education at MiraCosta College, where they attained an Associate of Arts degree in University Studies from 2007 to 2009. Philip then moved on to UC San Diego, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from 2010 to 2012. Seeking further specialization, Philip enrolled at the UC San Diego Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2021 and is expected to complete a Master of Science degree in Drug Development and Product Management by 2022. In addition to their academic achievements, Philip obtained a certification as a Certara Certified NCA Analyst using Phoenix WinNonlin Version 8.3 from Certara in April 2023.
