Richard Sove

Richard Sove is a Senior Scientist at Avidity Biosciences, having previously served as a Principal Scientist at Novartis, where they supported drug development programs through early discovery and translational phases. Richard holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Western University, where they also earned a Bachelor's degree in the same field. As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at The Johns Hopkins University, they developed a Quantitative Systems Pharmacology platform for immuno-oncology applications and contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications. With a strong focus on translating complex biology into actionable insights, Richard combines technical expertise with effective communication to enhance interdisciplinary collaborations in drug discovery.
