Ryan Prout, SHRM-CP

Ryan Prout, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ryan Prout, started their career in 2007 as a General Duty Hospital Corpsman in the US Navy and later transitioned to the role of Field Medical Service Technician, Leading Petty Officer. In 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at i.d.e.a before joining Wawanesa Insurance as an HR Coordinator. Ryan Prout, then joined CUSO Financial Services, LP as an HR Coordinator and served there for four years. Currently, they are working at Avidity Biosciences, Inc. as an HR Associate and recently took on the role of HR Associate II in January 2022.

Ryan Prout, SHRM-CP, holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from San Diego Mesa College. Ryan Prout, went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Management with a specialization in Human Resources from San Diego State University. In addition to their formal education, Ryan obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in December 2019. Ryan Prout, also holds the SHRM Assurance of Learning - Advanced certification, which they obtained in December 2016.
