Will Huggins

Will Huggins, Ph.D., is a Senior Manager in Regulatory Affairs at Avidity Biosciences, Inc., a position held since 2025. Previously, Will served as a Regulatory Affairs Manager at Emergent BioSolutions and as a Staff Fellow Chemist at the FDA, where they focused on the chemistry, manufacturing, and controls review of drug substances. Will's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry from North Carolina State University, where they also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant studying heterocyclic small molecules.
