Alan Fox

Alan Fox is an accomplished professional in information security with extensive experience at AvidXchange, Inc. since July 2013, currently serving as Vice President of Information Security. Alan has developed and maintained risk registers, built a level 1 PCI compliance program, and led technology and security control deployments in preparation for an initial public offering. Previous roles at AvidXchange included Senior Director and Director of Information Security, where Alan achieved significant efficiencies in cloud cost management and established crucial security operations functions. Alan’s earlier career includes positions as Network Engineer at Indianapolis Public Schools and Customer Service Engineer at Bell and Howell, LLC, bolstered by a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Cyber Security, along with an Associate’s degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering Technology.
