Conrad Bilgrien

Conrad Bilgrien is an experienced leader in technology and program management, currently serving as the VP of the Transformation Office at AvidXchange, Inc. since June 2021. Previously, Conrad held various roles at Lenovo from 2014 to February 2021, including Director of the Agile Center of Excellence, where responsibilities involved establishing governance structures and training initiatives. Before that, Conrad spent over a decade at Motorola Mobile Devices, progressing through roles such as Senior Director of Business Transformation, where oversight included process improvements and product launches. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
