Danielle Worley is a strategic HR leader and people champion with extensive experience in various areas of human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at AvidXchange, Inc. since 2024, Danielle has a proven track record of developing organizational talent needs and fostering positive employee experiences. Previously, Danielle held key roles at Honeywell, Deloitte, and Premier Inc., where they advised business leaders on strategic talent goals and managed performance across global teams. Danielle began their career in human resources as a recruiter for Liberty Mutual and has also gained valuable insights into event planning during an internship at Charlotte Arrangements. They are currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Mass Media, Public Relations, and History at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
