Currently serving as a Board Member for several organizations such as Elite Technology, Smarsh, and AvidXchange, Lynn previously held significant roles including Chief Financial Officer at Renaissance Learning and Executive Vice President at Medallia. With a strong track record of executing strategic acquisitions and improving corporate performance, Lynn has successfully driven top-line growth and enhanced operational efficiencies. Educated at Minnesota State University, Moorhead, and the University of Oxford, Lynn continues to leverage a deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and compliance to build business value.
