Mariah Hauser

Mariah Hauser currently serves as the Platform Engineering Team Lead and Senior Technical Product Owner at AvidXchange, Inc., where responsibilities include managing product roadmaps, driving the implementation of DORA Metrics for software engineering teams, and overseeing observability platform strategies. Previous experience includes roles at TIAA, where Mariah automated deployment processes and developed data quality controls, and educational roles at the University of South Carolina, beginning as a Webmaster and culminating in a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering. Mariah has a strong background in technical leadership, agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration, demonstrated by successful project implementations and mentoring initiatives throughout diverse work environments.
