Mike Andersen

Mike Andersen is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Business Partner at AvidXchange, Inc. since August 2021, Mike focuses on fostering a high-performing organization that aligns with strategic leadership goals.
