Amy Barber

Amy Barber serves as the Director of Global HR Systems and Processes at Avient Corporation since March 2016, where responsibilities include developing a global systems strategy to standardize employee data across 40 countries and implementing processes for various HR functions. Prior experiences include roles as IT Manager and Senior Analyst for HR Systems at PolyOne, as well as managerial positions at Deloitte Consulting, where significant contributions were made to large SAP HR implementations. Amy's career began in employee relations and progressed through various HR system roles across multiple organizations, ultimately complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University.
