Bowen Wagner

Bowen Wagner is a Sourcing Manager at Avient Corporation since July 2022, previously serving as an Operational Excellence Specialist. Prior experience includes a Global Procurement Intern position at Eastman and roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee's Haslam College of Business and Tickle College of Engineering, respectively. Bowen has experience in coordinating manufacturing processes, developing preceramic polymer composites, and enhancing lab capabilities through advanced software applications. Academically, Bowen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA from the Haslam College of Business, and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the Tickle College of Engineering, all awarded by the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
