Brian Hoar

Brian Hoar possesses extensive experience in operations management, quality systems, and process improvement, with a notable tenure at Avient Corporation from May 2018 to August 2024 as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Manufacturing Manager. In the role of Sr. Manager, Corporate Quality, Brian was responsible for the Quality Management Systems across 33 sites in North America and Europe. Prior experience at TRW included roles as Business Unit Manager, where operational excellence was achieved through strategic leadership, and as Sr. Production Supervisor overseeing production teams. Brian's military background as Company Commander in the United States Marine Corps complements a strong academic foundation, including an MBA in Operations from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's Degree from Florida Gulf Coast University.
