David Demers

David Demers currently serves as a District Manager at Formerra since November 2022. Prior to this role, David held multiple positions at Avient Corporation, including District Manager for Avient Distribution Canada since January 2015, following a tenure at PolyOne Distribution where roles included Sales Manager for POD Canada and Account Manager starting in August 2006. From 2002 to 2006, David operated as Owner/Consultant at DRD Technical Services, providing training and troubleshooting for injection molding companies. Earlier experience includes serving as Process Manager at Ventra Plastics Kitchener from 2000 to 2002, focusing on tool launches and process improvement, and as Process Supervisor at Tiercon from 1995 to 2000, where management of process technicians and mold setters was key. David's foundational education took place at Saltfleet from 1982 to 1986.
