Emily Schultz

Emily Schultz has extensive experience in product management and development within the thermoplastic materials industry, currently serving as a Product Manager and previously as a Product Specialist at Avient Corporation since its formation from the merger of PolyOne and Clariant in July 2020. Prior to that, Schultz spent nearly seven years at PolyOne, where roles included Product Specialist for long fiber reinforced thermoplastic materials, Business Development Representative, Sales Operations Analyst, and Accountant. Schultz's diverse skill set encompasses project management, market research, customer relationship management, and financial oversight. Additionally, Schultz gained early experience as a Marketing Intern at Gopher Sport and as a Teller at Roundbank/Community Security Bank. Schultz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing with a minor in Accounting from Winona State University.
