Fernando D'Andrea is an experienced production manager with a strong background in manufacturing and technological development. Since November 2009, D'Andrea has been with Avient Corporation, overseeing production at the Lomagna and Merate sites, previously part of Clariant. Prior to this role, D'Andrea served as Plant Production Manager at A. Schulman Plastics SpA from February 1998 to November 2009, focusing on new product development and management of manufacturing activities. Earlier experience includes the position of Responsabile stabilimento di produzione at a privately owned company from March 1993 to January 1998, and as an R&D Specialist at Instrumentation Laboratory S.P.A. from September 1991 to February 1993. D'Andrea holds a Laurea Magistrale in Chemistry from Università degli Studi di Milano.
