Jane Spikowski

Jane Spikowski serves as the Innovation Team Lead at Avient Corporation since July 2020, focusing on additive manufacturing and prototyping methods for new product development. Prior to this role, Jane was a Senior Industrial Designer at PolyOne from April 2010 to July 2020, and also held positions as an Advanced R&D Engineer and Process Engineer. Jane's early experience includes being a Teaching Assistant for Chemistry of Materials at Case Western Reserve University, where responsibilities included facilitating course material and grading, and serving as a SAGES Peer Writing Advisor to support students in writing. Jane's professional journey includes a Technology Co-op role at General Electric, where contributions involved innovating lamp technology and training new team members. Jane earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Polymer Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in 2009.
