John Bonnette

John Bonnette, PE, CMRP, currently serves as a Senior Reliability Engineer at Avient Corporation, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this, John accumulated extensive experience at DSM from May 2006 to September 2022, where responsibilities included enhancing equipment availability, developing predictive and preventative maintenance plans, and leading FMEA and RCA initiatives. John also held managerial roles overseeing Reliability and MRO workstreams, led commissioning efforts for large capital projects, and established a comprehensive Reliability program. Earlier in John's career at PotashCorp Aurora, contributions included coordinating maintenance for sulfuric acid plants and overseeing project management for significant capital projects. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and an MBA from East Carolina University.
