Jon Hughston has extensive experience in operations and continuous improvement, currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager and LSS Black Belt at Avient Corporation since February 2004. Previous roles at Avient include Operations Manager and various supply chain positions, with responsibilities that encompassed oversight of multiple departments and production processes. Jon also actively participates in community service as a member of the Park and Recreation Board in Oneonta, Alabama, and the Board of Directors for Blount County Children's Center Inc. Educationally, Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Leadership from Jacksonville State University, where studies took place from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, Jon is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified.
