Karla Rivas

Karla Rivas is an experienced professional currently serving as the Lean Six Sigma Leader for North America at Avient Corporation since March 2019, where Karla also holds the titles of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Global Product Manager. Prior to this role, Karla worked at LIXIL Water Technology Americas from October 2013 to March 2019, serving as Product Manager and Supply Chain Supervisor, overseeing the Repair Parts Planning Business and managing forecasts for the Fitting’s trade business across the USA and other markets. Earlier in her career, Karla was a Logistics Planner at L'Oreal US from January 2013 to October 2013, responsible for inventory optimization and supplier negotiations. Karla holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Marketing and Continuous Improvement from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an MBA from Duxx, Graduate School of Business Leadership.
