Currently serving as Head of HR for the EMEA region at Avient Corporation, Lars previously held senior roles at prominent companies, including CHRO at Copenhagen Airports A/S and Senior Vice President at Siemens Europe North. Throughout their career, Lars led several successful organizational transformations, focusing on areas such as strategy development, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development across various sectors, including consumer goods, energy, and healthcare. Lars holds an MBA from Henley Business School and has received additional training in executive coaching and advanced management.
