Leticia Serrano Behal

Leticia Serrano Behal is an accomplished finance and IT leader with extensive experience in high-level financial management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Global Finance and IT Director for Avient Protective Materials at Avient Corporation, Leticia manages the financial and IT strategy of a decentralized business with annual sales of €375 million and 1,000 employees. Prior to this role, Leticia was Vice President of Finance at DSM Dyneema, overseeing the financial agenda during a significant carve-out process. With a strong background at Diageo, including roles such as CFO for Joint Ventures and Global Finance Manager, Leticia has developed expertise in financial control, strategy, and stakeholder management. Earlier experience includes strategic financial planning roles at Pepsi Bottling Group and operational financial management at Marks & Spencer. Leticia holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from The Wharton School and a BSc in Business from the University of Deusto.
