Michael Dillman

Michael Dillman currently serves as the Engineering Team Lead at Avient Corporation, where responsibilities include clear communication of project priorities and management of project databases. With extensive experience as a Senior Design Engineer, Michael has performed FEA analysis, managed customer interactions, and developed material databases to meet specific product requirements. Previous roles at Stylex Seating, Inc. and Victaulic involved product design, project management, and the commercialization of advanced materials. Michael's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Polymer Science and Engineering from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island. Additionally, international exposure was gained through an internship at Volkswagen AG.
