Mitch Kaminski

Mitch Kaminski is a seasoned professional in the manufacturing sector with extensive experience in operations and improvement strategies. Currently serving as Global Director of Manufacturing Improvement at Avient Corporation since July 2020, Mitch previously held multiple roles at PolyOne from 2007 to July 2020, including Director of Operations for SEM Americas, Global Operations Director for GLS, and Plant Manager. Initial experience includes a position as Production Manager at Arkema from October 2005 to February 2007 and various engineering roles at PolyOne from 1998 to 2005, alongside an earlier position as Production Engineer at TSE Industries from 1995 to 1998. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
