Philip Clark

Philip Clark, Ph.D., currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Nouryon, a leader in specialty chemicals since December 2022. Prior to this role, Philip held various positions at 3M from July 2005 to December 2022, including Vice President of Research and Development for the Automotive and Aerospace Solutions Division, where leadership was provided for innovative solutions in multiple applications. Philip also served as Technical Director of the Corporate Research Process Laboratory and managed several laboratories focusing on inorganic and ceramic materials, semiconductor technologies, and advanced product development. Earlier experiences include contributing to TEL FSI and ULVAC Technologies, with a focus on developing semiconductor cleaning processes and plasma equipment. Philip holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Physical Chemistry from Harvard University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry from Bates College.
