Rachel Vickers, MBA, CSCP, currently serves as the Global Director for Continuous Improvement and Change Management at Avient Corporation, where responsibilities include leading global operational excellence initiatives and the Lean Six Sigma program. Prior roles at PolyOne involved significant leadership in sourcing and procurement operations, managing a substantial indirect spend of $300 million and directing supply chain strategies to mitigate risks and drive innovation. Additionally, Vickers has demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, having led numerous Lean Six Sigma projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. With a Master of Business Administration in Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee, Vickers combines extensive experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and operational leadership across various sectors.
