Scott McIntyre

Scott McIntyre currently serves as Site Director at Avient Corporation since September 2022, bringing extensive experience in leadership and manufacturing management. Prior roles include Site Director at DSM Dyneema B.V. from October 2018 to September 2022 and a tenure at DSM Nutritional Products as Improve Plant Manager from January 2012 to October 2018, where responsibilities included enhancing site performance and developing site strategy. Prior to these roles, Scott held various positions at Chemring Energetics UK Ltd, where responsibilities included manufacturing management and oversight of a large multi-functional team, and at BAE Systems, progressing from Manufacturing Engineer to Unit Manager in the Rocket Propellant Department. Scott earned a BEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland, completing the degree in 1994.
