Shauna Stone

Shauna Stone is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer service and hospitality management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Avient Corporation since April 2022, Shauna has previously held various roles including Food and Beverage Manager and Sales and Events Coordinator at Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square. Additional experience includes positions such as Neighborhood Manager and Leasing Specialist at Redwood Living, Front Of House Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and several roles within Marriott International. Early career experience includes positions in front office management and customer service at multiple hotel brands, as well as a part-time role at Arvest Bank. Shauna holds an Associate’s Degree in Art/Art Studies from Lorain County Community College and has furthered education at Heritage College-Little Rock.
