Shawn Johnson

Shawn Johnson is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Manager at Avient Corporation since August 2021, Shawn previously held the position of Director of Quality at Engineered Custom Coatings, where responsibilities included developing global quality strategies, implementing ERP systems, and managing multi-site operations. Prior experience includes roles at PPG Industries, where Shawn worked as a Regional Quality Systems Engineer, Oracle Business Process Lead, and Quality Control Manager, achieving multiple ISO certifications and leading quality improvement initiatives.
