Simon Spence

Simon Spence is an experienced Oil and Gas Specialist at Avient Corporation since July 2022, following a lengthy tenure at DuPont from 1997 to July 2022. During time at DuPont, Simon held several key positions, including Commercial Manager for the Electrical Infrastructure segment in Europe, Global Segment Technology Director for Oil & Gas, and Global Key Account Manager for the Kevlar® business. Responsibilities encompassed managing technology initiatives, achieving growth and profitability targets, and overseeing new developments and customer interactions at the European Kevlar® manufacturing site. Simon holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Systems from Ulster University and a Dipl Ing in Electrotechnik from Technische Hochschule Augsburg.
