Staci Welsh

Staci Welsh, PHR/MSHR, currently serves as the Sr. Auditor for Compliance and Ethics at Avient Corporation, where responsibilities include developing and delivering training for global associates, conducting compliance audits, and preparing reports for the Ethics Committee and the Audit Committee. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and a People Business Partner at Dura-Line, where Staci supported multiple sites and implemented process improvements. Staci also held human resources management positions at Georgia-Pacific LLC and Franklin Electric, alongside earlier roles at Tucker Energy Services, Inc. Staci's academic background includes an MBA in Human Resources Management from East Central University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
