Stephanie Dycha

Stephanie Dycha, MBA, is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in the color and masterbatch industries. Currently serving as Sales Manager for Key Accounts and Senior Manager and Head of ColorWorks US & CA at Avient Corporation since July 2017, Stephanie has also held leadership roles such as Vice President of Marketing and Board Member at the Color Marketing Group from January 2020 to December 2023. Previous positions include ColorWorks® Manager and Senior Sales Representative at Clariant Masterbatches, along with various roles at Chroma Corporation, including Business Development Manager. Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Environmental Sustainability Assessment and Planning from Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Loyola University Chicago.
