Tim Essington

Tim Essington possesses extensive experience in project management and maintenance within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as SEM Maintenance Project Manager at Avient Corporation since January 2016, Tim has previously held multiple roles, including Project Manager and Maintenance Supervisor at the same organization. Prior to Avient Corporation, Tim contributed to Boy Scouts of America as Cub Master for Troop 455 from January 2020 to February 2023, and held supervisory positions at Amcor Rigid Plastics and Zeller Plastik. Tim's career began with roles in machining and service engineering, with foundational education in Manufacturing Management from McHenry County College.
