Tony Xavier has over a decade of experience in sales and business development, currently serving as Sales Head for South & East and Segment Head for various sectors including Consumer Goods, Electrical & Electronics, Medical, MRP, and Transportation at Avient Corporation since July 2020. Prior to this role, Tony held the position of Segment Head at Clariant from January 2017 to June 2020, where responsibilities included managing sales across similar segments. Tony also gained valuable experience as Senior Manager at Flamingo Additives and Colourants Pvt Ltd from May 2012 to April 2015 and as a Business Development Executive at Time Technoplast Ltd from 2009 to 2012. Academically, Tony holds an MBA in Marketing from Great Lakes Institute of Management, completed in 2016, and has a background in engineering from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
