Pedro Gutiérrez

Pedro Gutiérrez has a wealth of work experience. In 2021, they became the CEO & Co-Founder of Avify, a Centralized Back Office for E-commerce Automation. In 2019, they became the CEO & Co-Founder of Bananacode and the CTO of Delfino.cr. Pedro also served as a University Mentor at Tecnológico de Costa Rica and CTO & Product Manager at The Sonar Company in 2018. In 2017, they were the CEO & Co-Founder of Relative and in 2016 they were a Full Stack Web Developer and Drupal Web Applications Developer at Konrad Group. Finally, in 2010 they were a Computer Engineering Professor, Applications Developer, Project Delivery Manager, and Manager Assistant at Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica.

Pedro Gutiérrez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ingeniería informática from the Tecnológico de Costa Rica in 2009-2012. Pedro then went on to complete a Master's degree in Sistemas de Información from the same institution in 2012-2014. In November 2020, they obtained the Venture Deals certification from Techstars. In June 2016, they received the Certified Developer Front End Specialist - Drupal certification from Acquia. Lastly, in August 2019, they were awarded the INCAE Entreprenaur Award from the INCAE Center for Entrepreneurs. In 2022, they are expected to be an LatAm Alumni from 500 Global.
