Caroline CAUGANT

Caroline Caugant is the Directrice des affaires juridiques at the mairie d'Avignon since 2022. Previously, they held various positions within the Ville d'Avignon, including Responsable de l'Administration de l'Immobilier, where they implemented procedural simplifications and developed internal collaboration strategies. Before that, Caroline served as Directrice Adjointe Habitat et Affaires Immobilières and Responsable du service Stratégie Foncière-Grands Projets at CODAH from 2017 to 2018. They began their career at the mairie Le Havre, where they were Chargée d'étude foncières and later Responsable du Pôle Développement Territorial from 2007 to 2011. Caroline earned a Master 2 in Droit Public Economique des Collectivités Territoriales from l'Université Le Havre Normandie in 2006.
