Collegiate DECA at Avila University is more than competitions, blazers and trophies — it is a premier student-led organization designed to develop emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management.

Joining Collegiate DECA is one of the most impactful first steps a student can take toward achieving professional goals and realizing their greatest potential. Through experiential learning, competitive business simulations and industry engagement, members extend learning beyond the classroom and apply strategic thinking to real-world scenarios.

Our chapter competes at the state and national levels in business, marketing and finance role-play categories, preparing students to perform under pressure, communicate effectively and solve complex business challenges. Beyond competition, we emphasize career readiness through resume workshops, professional panels, networking events and scholarship opportunities.

At Avila DECA, we cultivate more than competitors — we develop confident, career-ready leaders equipped to excel in today’s evolving business landscape.
