Denyse Ethridge

Denyse Ethridge currently serves as the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at Avinity, a position held since December 2014, after progressing through various leadership roles within the organization, including Sr Vice President & Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Care, Culture and Operations. Prior to this, Denyse served as a Senior Director of Talent Management within the Home Care & Assisted Living sectors, and holds experience as Chief Financial Officer. Denyse began at Avinity in December 2007 as an HR Administrator. Earlier career experiences include a Finance Assistant role at New Life Academy of Woodbury, MN, and an Administrative Assistant position at New Life Church Ministries. Denyse Ethridge earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Lewis University.
