Markus Nettmann

Markus Nettmann has extensive aviation experience, having served as a Kapitän for multiple airlines, including Gulf Air, Hamburg International Fluggesellschaft, Avion Express, and Germania Fluggesellschaft from 1999 to 2010 and 2013 to 2018. Prior to airline operations, Markus worked as an Air Traffic Controller and Supervisor at DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH from 1983 to 2013, gaining experience in various working groups, including participation in the ECAC working group in Paris. In addition to these roles, Markus has been a self-employed flight instructor since 1994, qualified to teach FI (A), CPL, PPL, SE SP, and night flying. Markus holds a degree in Verwaltungsbetriebswirt with a specialization in Air Traffic Control from the University of Applied Sciences for Air Traffic Control in Munich, completed from 1983 to 1986.
