Roberto Held

Roberto Held is the Business Development Head for the Americas at Avion Express Malta and has held various significant leadership roles in the aviation industry. Currently, they serve on the Board of Directors for Skandia Fiduciaria and are a Managing Partner at STEGI, focusing on financial solutions for seniors in Colombia. Previously, Roberto was the Chief Financial Officer at Avianca, where they led the company’s financial strategy and transformation efforts. They hold an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes.
