Previously, Ryan held several leadership positions at Saylite, including Vice President of Products, Engineering and Marketing, and contributed to departmental growth and integration across varied locations. Additional experience includes roles at Mobern Lighting, where operational systems and policies were improved, and serving as a Board Member for the Baltimore Washington Corridor Chamber. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Technology Management from the State University of New York at Oswego.
